Water

Water is a good moisturizer for skin and also helpful to lose weight.  Before every meal you need to take two glass of warm water. When you drink two glass of water it covers your almost half hunger and fill up your stomach with water and increase your digestion.

 Lemon And Cinnamon
Take two small pieces of cinnamon and one table spoon lemon juice. Put one and half glass of water on stove to boil when it starts to boil add two small pieces of cinnamon in it and left it to boil. When one and half glass water left just one glass off the stove. And left it to be cold when it become warm add one table spoon lemon juice in it and drink it early in the morning before breakfast.

Sleep
Different researches had shown that people who take seven to eight hours sleep properly remains fit. And people who fall asleep after immediate a dinner always got fat and calories. So always try to avoid going to bed immediate after a heavy dinner.
Food
Always try to use low calories food. In breakfast use brown bread and boil egg but only egg whitening should use and plus one glass of milk. In lunch try to use salad and raw vegetables. In dinner use white meat and vegetable etc.
